About this programme
Advancing Computing Through Research
The Doctor of Philosophy Program in Computer Science prepares researchers in the field of computer science who are capable of developing new computing technology. The program offers two study tracks: Type 2.1 for master's degree holders and Type 2.2 for bachelor's degree holders, both combining coursework with dissertation research. The program also aims to produce highly knowledgeable university instructors in the field of computer science — scholars whose in-depth understanding of the discipline, critical thinking, and ability to assimilate new knowledge into their instruction will lead to the development of high-quality computer scientists.
