About this programme

Developing Change Leaders for the 21st Century

The Master of Management in Organization Development (MMOD) is an international program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a successful business entrepreneur, organization development consultant, HR manager, learning and development manager, school administrator, or senior executive. Completable in just 1.5 years on weekends, the program makes it easy to balance your studies with work and other commitments. The MMOD program offers two learning modes: a self-paced mode that allows you to learn at your own pace, and a live mode for real-time discussions with professors and classmates. Taught by international professors and OD experts, the program provides a global perspective on organization development and aims to develop change leaders who are responsive to the challenges of today's interconnected world. Students engage in real-life projects, case studies, and simulations that bridge classroom learning with real-world practice. The program also emphasizes building a strong professional network, connecting you with like-minded individuals and industry practitioners. By graduation, you will have the knowledge, skills, and connections to make a meaningful impact in the world of business and organization development.
